SUN POWER Getting down to the nitty gritty Steps Toward a Solar Future

Are you a knowledgeable old pro regarding solar energy or are you just beginning to think about how you can increase your use of clean energy and free yourself from burdensome, rising electric rates? All levels of solar energy awareness are welcome– learn from others and share your knowledge!

We are thrilled to have guest speakers, Peter Fiala and Kurt Reinhold from Legacy Solar Co-op of Wisconsin join us to share their vision of how we can partner with their co-op to build a sustainable legacy for the future. Their member-owned co-op is dedicated to accomplishing their goals of protecting the earth, building economic justice, and community resilience through local control and local ownership of solar and other clean energy initiatives. Most importantly, they will offer ways to become involved regardless of the level of financial availability for solar investment, including solar bonds, carbon offsets, tax sponsorship, or being a solar champion.
