A few days before Sun Day, Third Act Upstate New York hosted a talk about bringing a little more sunshine into our finances.

In this friendly, jargon‑free webinar, Liz asks Michael and Alba about practical first steps to investing in renewable energy projects, like purchasing Certificates of Deposits (CDs) through a community bank or credit union – and how to connect with vetted online platforms to invest even small amounts to fund solar, EV charging, battery storage, and energy efficiency projects.

The format is a 25-minute dialogue between Liz, Michael, Alba and Nicole followed by a 20-minute live Q&A with the virtual audience.
