We are concerned Ohioans who collectively pressure corporations and politicians to implement concerted and vigorous measures that protect life on our amazing earth and ensure that true democracy prevails in the U.S.
Ohio continues it's fight against fracking - focused now on public lands including state parks and preserves.

Welcome to the web page of the Third Act (TA) Ohio Working Group. We are an inclusive group of elder Ohioans from all areas of the state, including retired and working folks. We, along with other TA working groups, serve as active agents to implement Third Act’s campaigns to fight for climate stability and protect our democracy – getting into some “good trouble” here in Ohio in the process. When possible, we seek to ‘act’ in concert with other activist groups in Ohio.

What binds our elder (~60+) TA Ohio members and interested friends/family/other supporters is the desire to do whatever we can to 1) organize and act with others to stem the tide of worsening climate chaos and to 2) support and apply counter measures against the movement that is bent on systematically unraveling any real democratic principles and practices in our nation.

If, as an elder (~60+) Ohioan, you are interested in exploring involvement with TA Ohio, please review Third Act’s  views, principles and aims  to see if they dovetail with your own. We also encourage you to visit other TA working group websites to see who they are and what they have been up to in the name of Third Act.

To join Third Act Ohio, please fill out the form to the right. If you have questions, you can contact us at ThirdActOH@gmail.com. We would very much like to hear from you!
