This September we are helping to organize a week of action targeting the Big Tech companies that are puppeteering a massive AI data center buildout. These data centers are raising our energy bills, depleting our water supplies, polluting our communities, and creating a massive demand for fossil fuels. We’re going to confront these corporations head on and demand our political leaders take a stand. Join us in NYC from September 19 to 24 to take on Big Tech.

Tech billionaires want to play god and claim artificial intelligence is the answer to our problems. In reality, they are taking us back to the past, a past where we rely on dirty energy that fuels climate chaos and pollutes our communities. Data centers require a huge amount of energy. To power these data centers, Big Tech and the Trump administration are working with billionaire polluters to build new pipelines, oil wells, and fracked gas power plants.
Our goal is to make it crystal clear that Big Tech is a climate villain while advancing strategic campaigns to slow the development of AI data centers and erode Big Tech’s political power. Together, we can take on the tech giants driving the massive buildout of fossil-fueled AI data centers and confront the politicians who have the power to press pause on new data center development.
