We’ll be urging the Council to oppose Intro 772, proposed legislation that would gut Local Law 97, which is already fulfilling its potential to create jobs, cut air pollution, and reduce energy bills, while helping meet our climate goals.

Intro 772 is a grab bag of cynical and misleading provisions that would undermine enforcement of the law and effectively exempt thousands of large co-ops and condo buildings from its requirements.
