When Denise retired from her career as a Golf Coach at Penn State she wanted to do something to make more people aware of both Third Act and the East Coast Greenway, two causes she supports.
Third Act Florida members are encouraged to join them for the kick off at 8 A.M. at Maurice Gibb Memorial Park on Miami Beach to cheer the sisters on as they start their journey. Their first stop will be at the Marine Environmental Center in Hollywood, FL at 11 A.M., where more Third Act members will greet them and provide snacks and entertainment. In attendance will also be a city commissioner and other local environmental leaders. If you live in Dade or Broward County we hope you will come out to support them.
The last stop in Florida for the sisters will be in Jacksonville on April 17. Use the link below to see their entire itinerary.
