In communities across Connecticut and the whole country, Third Act and partners want to harness the power of people and culture to showcase the progress we have made and lay groundwork for even more solar and wind projects. Solar and wind power are no longer “alternative” energy – they’re now the most reliable, practical choice for powering our future and the fastest growing energy sources in the world.
Instead of letting fossil fuel interests control the narrative, Third Act Connecticut will help make Sun Day the story of America that day: people coming together in communities across the country to celebrate clean energy solutions and climate action.
Alongside local organizers, partners, and leaders from across the climate, environmental justice, and clean energy movements, we will show that organized people power can help advance progress to a clean energy future.
