“Here Comes the Sun” Book Discussion Guide

Do you like to talk about books with friends? Host a book club, read Bill McKibben's new book, and use these discussion questions to spark a lively conversation about climate, clean energy, and what we can do.

Bill McKibben, one of the founders of Third Act, wrote “Here Comes the Sun” to lift up the state of the world’s energy economy and the global potential of solar energy. This book provides the evidence and analysis that supports the work of clean energy and solar campaigning (and Sun Day, a national day of action to advance clean energy). 

Some Third Act supporters plan to host book groups in their Working Groups after Sun Day and some Working Groups are working with libraries for Sun Day.
