Last month, the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) voted to begin repealing our state’s Renewable Energy Standard, the policy that has driven solar growth, lowered costs, and reduced pollution for nearly two decades.

If this repeal goes through, families will pay the price. Utilities could build costly new gas plants instead of investing in affordable solar and efficiency. That means higher monthly bills, more pollution in our air, and fewer local clean energy jobs. Arizona should be planning for the next decade of affordable, reliable clean energy — not rolling back the policies that made our progress possible.

That’s why it’s so important for you to make your voice heard now. The Commission is required to take public comments, and your story carries real weight.
