We’re excited to offer Working Groups the opportunity to create a professionally designed tri-fold brochure to showcase your Working Group's work and goals.
About the Brochure
- This is a tri-fold brochure—you can see a sample here.
- Your Working Group’s logo, URL and QR code will be included. You do not need to share these files with us, we already have them 🙂
- The brochure is designed as a long-term evergreen asset, lasting a minimum of 12 months.
- To ensure its longevity, avoid including event dates—focus instead on your Working Group’s work, goals, impact, and general information.
- You get one submission per Working Group. Decide who will submit the form and work together on the content.
- Write your content in a Google Doc first then, when ready, copy it into the form below. You can use this document, which has a preview of the form. Make a copy by going to File > Make a Copy.
- Please submit by April 11.
Brochure Panels
You will be able to provide content for the following panels:
- Panel 01
- Panel 02

About other panels:
- Panel 03: The front panel will include your logo (we already have this)
- Panel 04, 05, 06: The inside panels (panel 4,5,6) will stay as is, they provide general Third Act content.
The Process
- Prepare Your Content
- The form below outlines the types of content you can include and the recommended word count.
- Before submitting, make sure your Working Group’s coordinating team has reviewed and approved the content.
- Perform a spell check and ensure the text is final.
- Submit Your Content
- Once your content is locked in, submit it via the form below.
- Design & Review
- We will design your brochure based on the submitted content.
- You will receive a draft version for approval.
- At this stage, content changes will not be allowed—this review is only for spotting design or formatting errors.
- Final Approval & Printing
- After approval, the brochure will be sent to print.
Images
As seen in the example brochure, we use square images. You do not need to crop them yourself, but please ensure the focal point of the picture will work within a square format.
To avoid pixelation, images should be at least 5.5 x 5.5 inches or 1250 x 1250 pixels at 150 dpi.
If you do not have suitable images, Third Act can provide some for you.
